Our carefully designed programs for children of all ages will improve your child’s performance in other sports as well as improving study habits and increasing overall concentration. We are helping young people to deal with the many problems they face growing up in today’s world, including drugs, peer pressure and gangs.

To strengthen your body, you will begin with isometric and dynamic tension exercises. Flexibility will be enhanced through a gradual building process of safe and easy stretching techniques.
You will find that the breathing and concentration exercises sharpen your senses and reflexes while allowing you to relax from the stress of daily life. This unique combination of using the power of the body and of the mind is the key to increased energy, self-discipline, and fitness for a longer happier life. These qualities are essential in recognizing and handling self-defense situations, as well as mental stress.
Our program is an exhillerating change from the mundane of weightlifting, aerobic and other gym programs.You will increase strength, relieve stress, gain more energy and stamina, all while meeting new friends in a safe, fun environment.

Private Instruction
Private Lessons are essential to the student for:
Improving specific techniques Obtaining insight into advanced techniques and skills
Preparing for upcoming Belt rank tests Accelerated and personalized instruction

Black Belt Club

The Black Belt Club follows a well-planned and field-tested curriculum in each of three (3) areas. Every lesson contains significant physical, mental, and moral challenges to develop the students abilities. Students develop loyalty to their fellow members through meetings and seminars open only to Black Belt Club members. All members participate in team competition, regularly assist with belt rank testing and support their fellow Black Belt Club members. Acceptance into the Black Belt Club is the our commitment to do everything in our power to assist the student in achieving the goal of Black Belt.

Training for the Black Belt is rigorous, but we have promised to be with students enrolled in the Black Belt Club every step of the way. Instructors personally monitor all Black Belt students to assess their progress in the program.
