Lessons that Instruct and Inspire
From time to time our program will focus on a specific aspect of martial arts training such as fitness, confidence, discipline etc. These individual subjects are addressed in our lessons where we highlight just how martial arts can help improve many areas of our students’ lives.
Stories That Teach
Our “Stories” program is another innovative way we help educate our students about important lessons in life. Stories are not just for children, but for adults as well, as we rediscover the benefits of honesty, respect, work ethic, friendship and other values that make our lives more enjoyable.
Newsletter
In addition to our lessons and stories, you will find our school’s monthly newsletter a wealth of information on a wide range of subjects. Each quarter’s exciting issue is packed with informative articles as well as all the exciting events taking place in the school.

Course Options
Tae Kwon-Do group classes feature self-defense instruction, physical conditioning, various reaction drills, and training exercises designed to build the skills necessary for effective self-defense. Enrolling in a group program allows you to attend two (2) regular sessions per week. Saturday classes at 10:00 a.m. can be used as a make-up class whenever you miss
or as one of your two weekly lessons. If you can dedicate to at least 2 classes per
week we promise that you will see dramatic gains.
Many people train two times during the week and use the Saturday class as a make-up whenever they miss. Others use the Saturday class for extra practice for an upcoming test or tournament, and some just can't get enough and come all three days a week. Whatever your need, our convenient class times will fit your schedule.
